Product Quality Policies

1. We will encourage and develop our cane farmers to grow clean, quality canes, suitable for the production of the highest quality sugar products we desire.

2. We will ensure the cleanliness and safety of all our sugar products at each stage of the production. Currently we are using various control systems including GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point).

3. We will control the quality of our products in accordance with the Thai law (TIS 56-2533) and in accordance with the laws at the country of our products' destination.

4. We will seek to give our customer "total satisfaction" and will listen to any comments from our partners. We are determined to solve any problems that have arise or may arise. We will continuously use ISO 9001:2000 quality management system to improve ourselves to ensure continuous development.

5. We will continue to improve production systems and technology. Currently fully automated production system is being studied and applied across the factory as to achieve the most efficient conditions and use of resources while ensuring the consistency and quality of the final products.
